Information on how each of Scotland’s 19 higher education providers will engage with the Enhancement Themes in 2022 has now been published.
The current Enhancement Theme, Resilient Learning Communities, is now in its second year. While QAA Scotland helps to coordinate the core national Enhancement Theme projects, each provider in Scotland is invited to engage with the Theme within their own institution.
These institutional-level projects are an important part of the Enhancement Theme work, helping drive wider national impact and ultimately improve the learning experience for students across Scotland. Over 80 institutional projects took place in the first year of the Theme.
Commenting on the publication, Debra Macfarlane, who leads the Enhancement Theme work at QAA Scotland, said: ‘We’re excited about the work ahead. It’s always good to see how each institution is taking forward the Theme work and to see their continued commitment to enhancement.’
You can access the summary report for the HE work, as well as explore each institutions individual plans on the Enhancement Themes website.
Outcomes from the work will be showcased at the 2022 Enhancement Conference on 8 and 9 June 2022. Further information on the conference, including how you can register to participate, will be available soon.
