Research-Teaching Linkages ran from 2006 to 2008, alongside The First Year, and considered the links between discipline-based research activities and the student learning experience. The target audience for this Theme was programme teams, and the Theme explored how these teams might best support students to develop research-related attributes. The Theme aimed to identify, share, and build on good and innovative practice in making the most of links between research and teaching, and to support students to develop research-related graduate attributes (and to understand the benefits of doing so).
