Jisc’s Learning Analytics Service is being rolled out to institutions across the UK. To further enhance this service Jisc are now looking at ways to develop the field of learning analytics collaboratively across higher and further education.
They are seeking partners to co-design research aimed at building the evidence base for learning analytics and will support projects that will have direct benefits for students and their institutions. Four research areas that may be some of the most interesting and relevant to develop:
- Learning analytics for curriculum enhancement
- Learning analytics to support student welfare and mental health
- Student facing learning analytics
- Studies showing the impact of learning analytics activities
