Professor Vicky Gunn is the Head of Learning & Teaching at Glasgow School of Art. She has long-standing experience with the Quality Enhancement Themes having led on a range of QET activity at the University of Glasgow between 2007-2013. She is now overseeing GSA’s engagement with the Transitions theme. She is a strong advocate of the Enhancement approach to quality processes. She has recently published a co-authored paper in Higher Education Review with Ming Cheng on quality enhancement as governing student learning which explores the strengths of cultivating a learning and teaching culture through quality processes that emphasise development rather than audit.
