TipZone article that featured in the June 2014 Newsletter. In line with the current QAA Enhancement Theme and its focus on the student experience, there is increasing focus on supporting students and helping them achieve a successful outcome to their studies. This is a significant challenge across the sector, with an ever changing student population, internationalisation and strong strategic emphasis on retention as a performance indicator; there is a critical need to provide pastoral and academic support to students.
