This TiPZone article, ‘Employer engagement at Edinburgh Napier University’, describes a careers programme has been developed based on feedback from previous careers fairs that traditional fairs are no longer effective, sustainable or suitable for students.

The article outlines the revised approach of a series of events aimed at increasing the employability development opportunities for students through more direct contact with professionals. An initial evaluation of the approach is also described.
