This project is an excellent illustration of collaborative working across the three functional Divisions (Learning, Research and Consulting) of the Scottish Agricultural College (SAC) in order to enhance the learning experience of students. This has been a long-standing priority area within SAC's Enhancement Theme activities in order to maximise the exposure of students to cutting-edge research and consulting activities, by engaging staff who are primarily researchers or consultants with active learning and the student experience. In return, this creates opportunities for staff within the Learning Division to enhance their teaching through involvement with the activities of the Research and Consulting Divisions.
