In this lightning talk the Theme Leaders Group (TLG) members of the universities of Edinburgh and Glasgow will outline the approaches taken to coordinating the student transitions Enhancement Theme work in two large devolved institutions with over 60,000 students and 20,000 staff between them. The presenters will outline the different approaches taken by the universities, the challenges faced, what worked, and lessons learned. This talk has been shaped by ongoing collaboration between the TLG members which culminated in a joint meeting of Institutional Team representatives in April 2016 to discuss approaches to Enhancement Theme coordination and the production of a report.
