This report prepared for the Steering Committee for Quality Enhancement Theme: Flexible Delivery is an analysis of the the outcomes of a sector-wide consultation on flexible delivery.

The report identifies and discusses key issues that have emerged in terms of:
  • common themes
  • institutional drivers for the use of flexible delivery
  • the current state of development
  • areas and priorities for future development.
The three central issues of pedagogy, learner support and infrastructure are common threads throughout the report.
