The flexible curriculum
The work on the Flexible Curriculum topic built upon the concept of the Flexible Continuum explored in the outcomes paper from the Flexible Delivery Enhancement Theme, 'A practical guide to providing flexible learning in further and higher education' by John Casey and Pam Wilson.
The project team developed a Flexible Curriculum toolkit based upon the Viewpoints card methodology that staff at all levels can use to consider approaches to flexibility in the curriculum and then plan how to implement any changes.

The project was managed by a team involving Martha Caddell (Open University), Peter Chatteron (Project Consultant), and Heather Gibson (QAA Scotland). Alan Masson from the University of Ulster also acted as a ‘critical friend to the project.
